Love this gym. They do a really nice job of keeping it clean and organized. Good variety of equipment and never seems to be too crowded. I would love if they opened an hour earlier on Saturday's, however:) Maybe Sunday's as well :) Would certainly recommend the gym- great gym, great staff.

My absolute favorite gym in Indianapolis! Clean, friendly and all of the right equipment. I do not see many gyms with these style of plates. It is a nice touch. I bought a day pass for $14. That would be my only gripe. It was only $10 or $11 when I went here before. Not sure why the price hike but I believe anything more than $10 for a day pass is too much. Still, I rate the place 5 stars because it is.

I've been going here for about a year now and it has been the best gym in the area I've been to! I go during the "busy" hours and I almost never have to wait on equipment or benches. The equipment is well maintained and the facilities are kept clean. The staff is very friendly, would recommend for anyone in the area.

My husband and I have been attending CTF for over 4 years now. After moving from Chicago to Indy, we wanted to support another small business with a personal, local vibe vs. a big box gym. We certainly found that here! The staff is always friendly, and we never have any issues with the equipment or cleanliness. It’s great to see management fully involved in every aspect of the business and it’s evident they care about their members. Highly recommend if you live in or near Carmel.

Great gym and amazing staff! I've been a member at this gym since July 2022 and have been visiting several times a week. Every day, staff members are actively cleaning the equipment, and I have easy access to any station I'm interested in. I've also taken advantage of the personal training offered here which I understand to be one of the best offered in the area. Regardless of your fitness level, I'd recommend you take a look at this gym.

This is a great gym. I started attending with a job change, and I work down the street. Well organized equipment and free weight areas. Has just about everything you need in a gym. Never too crowded, and staff are friendly. I highly recommend this gym!

CTF is an 'old school' gem in all the best possible ways; still privately, locally owned, yet still manages to have all the best equipment in the city that always seems to be empty just when I need it, a friendly community of committed 'real' weight lifters none of whom have big egos, and a ton of the best trainers. Though they all seem very competent, I've especially enjoyed weight training under the guidance of Rick Decker, who is at least as experienced in keeping people safe and getting them strong as any physical therapist or coach I've been treated or trained by, plus he's energetic, dedicated, easy to access for scheduling, and has kept me injury free and getting stronger every day, for over two years. Oh, they have a pool now too. Do yourself a favor, look past the flashy 'globo gyms' and check out CTF.
